You can register for Cathyworks events either online or using printable, mail-in forms.

Online Registration

Online registration and payment is available for many of the events. Use the links on the Event Calendar to go to Active.com, the registration site.

Mail-in Registration

Please select the event you wish to sign up for, print and complete the form.

Mail forms with payment to the address shown on the form.
